Publishing to Social
Connect publishing accounts, review a finished clip, and schedule only what you are ready to send.
Publishing is the last step. Finish the edit and review its title, caption, destination, and schedule before sending it to a connected platform.
Connect accounts first
Open Settings and connect the publishing account you want to use. VodClip sends you through the provider's connection flow; do not share a platform password in VodClip.
Prepare the post
From the editor or Studio, choose a finished clip and open the publish flow. Confirm:
- The correct social destination.
- The title and caption that should appear there.
- Whether it should publish now or on a specific schedule.
Generated copy is a draft. Review it for tone, claims, links, and platform-specific formatting before publishing.
Use the Social Calendar
Scheduled posts appear in Social Calendar. Check the displayed status and time zone. If a post needs attention, resolve the status shown in the product before assuming it published.
Public clips are separate
Making a clip public controls whether it can appear in Explore and on your public profile. It does not by itself publish the clip to a social platform.
