Getting Started with VodClip
Turn a source video into a reviewed clip, then edit, package, and publish it with confidence.
VodClip is organized around one workflow: choose a source, make or import a clip, review it, and publish only when it is ready.
1. Start in your workspace
Open the Dashboard and use the Create tab. Paste a supported video or clip link, or select Upload a video to work from an original file.
The workspace is intentionally focused on active work and recent clips. If you want a guided setup for your profile, brand, or connections, select Help → Finish workspace setup instead of working through a checklist on the dashboard.
2. Review credits before confirming
VodClip shows an estimate before a processing action begins. Check the number of clips, target length, and estimate before you select Generate highlight or start an import.
Your current balance is always available from the header. Use Billing to review your plan or manage payment details.
3. Create or import a clip
- A recorded video uses AI Highlights to find candidate moments.
- An existing clip can be imported as-is, with optional automatic captions.
- A local file can be an MP4, WebM, or MOV. The file limit is 5 GiB; import-only beta has its own smaller limit shown in the product.
4. Review the result
Finished clips appear in Recent clips on the Dashboard and in the Library. Open one to continue in the editor, or select it in Studio to work on titles, thumbnail concepts, and distribution copy.
