The VodClip extension supports browser-based live workflows. Install it before you are in a time-sensitive live moment.
Install and sign in
Open the extension page and follow the install instructions for the supported browser. Sign in to the same VodClip account you use in the web app.
Verify detection
Return to the Dashboard after installation. If the extension is not detected, confirm it is enabled in the browser, then reload the page.
Use it with the right source
Check the supported sites and any source-specific instructions in the extension before capture. You remain responsible for having permission to use and publish the source material.
When something is wrong
Start with a page reload, then verify the signed-in account and extension permissions. If detection remains unavailable, collect the browser, source-site, and visible error details before contacting support.
